A 24-year-old Indian man was recently arrested for impersonating a senior citizen and using false documents to travel to Canada, says India’s federal police organization.
On X, formerly Twitter, the Central Industrial Security Force (CSIF) shared details of the bust. “Vigilant CISF personnel intercepted a passenger bound for Canada involved in human trafficking & impersonation,” reads the post shared on June 19. “The pax attempted to travel by impersonating an aged person and using false documents.”
