Air India launches daily Mumbai-Bhuj route from March 1, 2024, addressing local demand; A320 flights to enhance domestic and international connectivity.
Air India has announced a new direct daily service between Mumbai and Bhuj, starting from 1 March 2024. The new route has been introduced following a longstanding demand from residents.
The inaugural flight, AI 601, is scheduled to depart from Mumbai at 7:05 am and arrive in Bhuj at 8:20 am. Operated by a single-aisle aircraft from the A320 family, the return flight, AI 602, is scheduled to take off from Bhuj at 8:55 am and land in Mumbai at 10:10 am.
Furthermore, this new service will enable domestic connectivity but also facilitates international travel by offering connections to the UK, North Americas, Dubai, and Singapore. Moreover, it serves as a gateway to around 20 cities in the domestic sector.
Bookings for the flights have opened on Thursday across all channels.
