American Airlines is adding extra flights to St. Kitts to support the island’s 25th Music Festival, according to the Caribbean Tourism Authority. The airline will offer two inbound flights from Miami and two outbound flights to accommodate festival-goers. The festival, which will take place from June 22-24, 2023, will feature performances from a range of artists including Chronixx, Koffee, and Air Supply. American Airlines will also offer double daily flights from August 15 to September 5, 2023, which will be helpful for international medical and veterinary school students traveling during the summer. The addition of flights is seen as a positive move for St. Kitts and Nevis’ tourism sector, which aims to create economic stability and livelihoods for its citizens.
