With hundreds of thousands of people returning home to London to celebrate Christmas with loved ones, British Airways is giving people a chance to welcome their friends and family with a personalized airport message.
From David surprising his wife Louise with a 60th birthday message after a romantic trip to Vienna, to Jacqui, who welcomed her family home and met her 8-month-old granddaughter for the very first time, the notes are sweet and memorable.
The handwritten notes will appear in Heathrow, Gatwick and London City terminals and digital outdoor sites along typical travel routes surrounding airports.
Here, customers can create their letters, and once they have been submitted, the notes get triggered by live flight data – ensuring the letter is there when a loved one arrives home for Christmas.
