Ethiopian Airlines has resumed its four weekly flights between Kuala Lumpur and Addis Ababa, after suspending the service amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Ethiopian International Services managing director Mesfin Biru said the return of the service would reopen travel options between Kuala Lumpur and over 60 African destinations. The flights would also help promote diplomatic, socio-economic and cultural ties between Malaysia and Africa, he said. The airline first launched a thrice-weekly service along the route in 2012.
