National carrier Kenya Airways is celebrating 46 years of flying the Kenyan flag.
In a press release, KQ thanked its customers for their support and loyalty all these years.
KQ’s Chief Commercial and Customer Officer, Julius Thairu said that it was on January 22, 1977, that KQ made its maiden flight.
“It gives us great pride and joy to celebrate 46 years as an airline,” he said.
