Korean Air has added vegan fine wines to its selection on flights from Los Angeles and New York. The airline has expanded its global wine list with more than 50 new reds, whites and champagne, half of which are organic and/or vegan. Business Class offers five wines, four of which are vegan, while First Class has seven selections, three of which are vegan and/or organic. Vegan meal options have also been introduced and vary according to route and season. Dishes include roasted shiitake mushrooms, mung bean jelly salad, roasted yams with soybean paste and steamed barley rice with burdock.
