The flight now appears to be descending for an unscheduled diversion into Kuwait International Airport (KWI).

Diversion to Kuwait (KWI)
Having declared the emergency from the cruise, Wizz Air flight 5W7107 made good an immediate diversion and descent into nearby Kuwait International Airport (KWI).
The flight is currently established on final approach for RWY31 KWI.
Weather for the flights arrival into Kuwait today is Visual Meteorological Conditions (VFR), with nil cloud and visibility 8km or more.
Flight 5W7107 was operated by an Airbus A321-271NX, registered A6-WZD; a 2-year old narrowbody aircraft belonging to the carrier. The UAE-based ultra-low-cost carrier currently operates 9 Airbus A321neo aircraft.
Data for this afternoon’s scheduled service shows the flight made a departure out of AUH after a slight delay; showing an actual time of departure of 14:51 GST, against a scheduled time of 14:00 GST.
The flight then proceeded normally for Sarajevo; climbing to FL300 (30,000 feet). The aircraft then declared a general emergency with transponder code 7700 at 11:49 UTC whilst initiating a descent and making for nearby Kuwait.
The nature of the emergency warranting the formal 7700 declaration and the subsequent unscheduled diversion is not known at this time.
