Wizz Air has launched its first Turkish connection from Budapest Airport with a daily service to Istanbul using the ultra-low-cost carrier’s A321 Neos. With an additional 1,195 one-way weekly seats, Budapest will offer more than 1,500 flights to Turkey this summer, serving Antalya, Istanbul, Izmir, and Sabiha Gökçen, and providing customers with more opportunities to explore four popular destinations in the country. Turkey is the fifth-largest country market for Wizz Air, and the carrier plans to add another connection to Antalya later in the season.
