Wizz Air Malta, which commenced operation less than seven months ago, has welcomed its 50th aircraft, a new Airbus A321neo. The airline, which plans to add four more A321neos, has a fleet of 50 aircraft to handle its rapidly expanding route network, which spans 265 routes to 96 airports in 36 countries. The airline currently operates up to 200 flights a day from 14 bases across four countries across Europe.
