Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) and the National University of Singapore (NUS) have jointly established a research center to strengthen sustainable tourism in Singapore.
The RWS-NUS Living Lab is the result of this academic-industry partnership, and is the largest one that will focus on biodiversity and energy conservation.
The partnership will directly contribute to Singapore’s tourism economy, environmental education and sustainability efforts in ESG (environment, social and governance) development.
Combine search capabilities
The five-year research partnership was launched on January 5 at the Equarius Hotel in Sentosa.
S $ 10 million in funding has been committed to support the Living Laboratory and its research by RWS.
