A row of lock boxes along a fence in a Melbourne suburb has been slammed online for “ruining” the area while also reflecting a major issue affecting thousands of Australians.
One Cremorne local took to Reddit to share how they had spotted 16 lock boxes attached to chains and other street furniture on one block in the suburb just 3km from the Melbourne CBD.
