Agoda’s Sustainable Impact Survey 2023 has identified Japan, Singapore, and South Korea as the top destinations for sustainability and conservation efforts. More than 13,000 respondents from over 10 countries took part in the survey, which assessed peoples’ opinions on the effectiveness of the environmental measures being taken in their own and other countries. Seven out of 11 markets rated their home country’s efforts as the highest, particularly India, Thailand, and Australia. The survey findings form part of Agoda’s Eco Deals campaign, which pledges to donate $1 for every booking to the World Wide Fund for Nature’s marine and forest conservation initiatives. The campaign runs until 2 September, and aims to raise $250,000.
