Hostelworld Group PLC said Wednesday that the director’s remuneration policy received a low number of votes at its annual general meeting, but was passed.
The London-listed online hotel-booking platform said the resolution received support from 80.20% of votes cast.
All other resolutions put forward at the meeting were approved with a higher level of support, the company said.
Shares at 1516 GMT were up 5.20 pence, or 6.4%, at 86.20 pence.
