PIA’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Retired Air Marshal Arshad Malik visited Kabul on Tuesday for one-day official tour. The PIA boss asked Afghanistan’s Civil Aviation to allow more regular flights to Kabul for the national carrier and approve its flights from Kandahar and Mazar-i-Sharif. PIA CEO stressed strengthening the ties between both countries by cooperation in business and economy.
According to a PIA, spokesperson the CEO had a meeting with Dr Qasim Wafizada, chief of Afghanistan’s CAA, other officials of the authority along representatives of trade associations.
