(MENAFN – Gulf Times) Shop Qatar’s fifth edition kicked off on September 10, offering an array of discounts and promotions at participating malls and shopping centres.
Shops, boutiques, and other retail outlets, including restaurants and cafes, received a huge number of customers – adhering to Covid-19 protocols set by the Ministry of Public Health – to benefit from the various offers as part of the month-long festivity.
An employee of a popular American restaurant at a participating mall told Gulf Times that“the first day of Shop Qatar is a good start for us as we received many customers, both returning and new ones, and it’s more than the usual number.”
She hoped the trend would continue even during the weekdays for the next four weeks of the event, scheduled to conclude on October 10.
