The number of foreign tourists visiting Bosnia’s Federation increased by 30.1% in February 2022 compared to the same period in 2021. The Federation’s statistical office reported that foreign tourists spent 75,539 overnights in February, up by 28.2% annually. Croatia was the largest contributor of foreign visitors to the Federation with 12,318 visitors in February, followed by visitors from Serbia and Turkey with 3,418 and 2,111 visitors, respectively. Total tourist overnights increased by 18.2% annually to 116,323 in February. The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other entity is the Serb Republic.
