AltoVita will roll out a predictive data tool in 2025 to transform real-time data intelligence into “strategic foresight” for the extended stay market.
Called Alto360, the platform will enable business travel and mobility managers to benchmark against their own policies or market data, as well as tailoring corporate accommodation strategies for locations worldwide.
Alto360 evaluates several factors, including the historical rates from AltoVita’s database, future rates and occupancy levels from multiple integrations with channel managers, Property Management Systems (PMS) and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
All these factors, each having their own weight in evaluation, are powered by AI.
