Funding activity in the Indian startup ecosystem was muted, with only $87 million raised across 12 rounds from March 18 to March 24, representing an 86% dip compared to the same period last year, according to data provided by Tracxn. No late-stage startups received funding, with early-stage startups picking up $68.2 million while seed-stage companies racked up $18.63 million. Startups that secured funding included electric vehicle charging infrastructure platform CHARGE+ZONE, which raised $54 million, travel tech startup Mystifly, which raised $8 million, healthcare services platform Sukino Healthcare Solutions, which secured an equity investment of Rs 50 crore, and fresh fruits and vegetable supply chain startup Sorted, which raised $5 million from its ongoing seed funding round.
