Vacation rental marketplace HomeToGo has announced its ambition to achieve booking revenue of €1bn by 2029. According to its Q4 and full-year 2022 earnings report, revenue rose 55% to €147m year on year, while booking revenue increased by nearly a third to €164m. Adjusted EBITDA for 2022 was a loss of €21m, while projections for profitability predict EBITDA break-even in 2023 with revenues of between €165m and €175m. HomeToGo is focused on expanding its services and subscriptions business by offering additional services like payments and targeting smaller partners with its solutions. The southern hemisphere is among the firm’s interests for inventory expansion.
