A British Airways stewardess was sent packing from a swanky £2,000-a-night Maldives hotel after a boozy brawl that left guests gobsmacked.
The high-flying anonymous crew member was ordered to jet back to Blighty by BA bigwigs after her sozzled shenanigans at the posh Oblu Xperience Ailafushi resort, where she and her BA buddies had landed from Heathrow. She’d even snagged a sweet deal for her daughter and pal, whisking them away on cut-price tickets thanks to her airline perks.
The lush all-inclusive set-up meant the booze was flowing freely, and the stewardess was spotted knocking back the bevies before things kicked off on a villa balcony. Holidaymakers were none too pleased, with their luxury escape disrupted by “screaming and screeching” well into the witching hours.

The situation took a more sinister turn when hotel honchos tried to calm the rowdy trio down, leading to a scrap with “pushing and shoving” and even “fists flying”, reports the Express.
A source said: “Onlookers got involved as they tried to break it up. It was the last straw for the hotel. BA was informed and the stewardess was ordered home.”
An eyewitness said it was total chaos as bystanders jumped in to split up the ruckus. The hotel had enough and gave BA a ring, threatening to chuck the whole crew out on their ear. The stewardess found herself on a flight back to Heathrow last Wednesday, while her daughter and mate followed suit the day after.
BA’s strict policies state that employees must answer for the conduct of anyone flying under their staff travel perks. The airline has confirmed it’s “investigating the matter”.
