Two passengers on an IndiGo flight from Dubai to Mumbai were arrested for unruly behavior with the flight crew and co-passengers while in an inebriated state. Despite multiple warnings from the crew, the passengers continued to consume alcohol onboard and verbally abused others on the flight. After the plane landed, they were handed over to the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and were taken to the Sahar police station where an FIR was lodged against them. Non-stop Flights now Available between Pantnagar and Jaipur – UNN

The Pantnagar-Jaipur flight has been inaugurated by Union Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhatt. The first boarding pass was handed over to Veerpal Singh and Kusum Lata. Indigo Air will start operating a daily nonstop flight from Pantnagar to Jaipur from March 26th. The airline will operate a 76-seater aircraft on this route. Initially, the minimum fare for Jaipur has been fixed at around Rs. 3500. The distance between Pantnagar and Jaipur will be reduced to just a quarter of an hour. Read further.

Two separate incidents of passengers smoking in aircraft washrooms have been reported on Indian airlines recently. On March 5, a 24-year-old woman was caught smoking on an IndiGo flight travelling from Kolkata to Bengaluru. A day earlier, a passenger on an Air India flight to Delhi was caught smoking in the washroom triggering the fire alarm. In January, a passenger on an Air India flight urinated on a fellow passenger leading to his arrest and a fine of INR30 lakhs ($43,000) on the airline by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
