A MAN claims he has been threatened with an indefinite ban after he was kicked off a Delta Airlines flight for wearing a sweater that branded the words “F**k Biden.”
Jauneil Brooks was told he faced being placed on a national “no fly” list after refusing to remove the clothing prior to a commercial flight to New Orleans.
Footage posted on TikTok, showed airline officials taking to Jauneil after they had liaised with corporate security.
The flight attendant them warned that she would be forced to disembark all passengers if he refused to leave the aircraft with his hoodie turned inside out.
She claimed the decision was in accordance with company policy, before threatening to place him on the “no-fly” list if he didn’t comply with her demands.
In a separate clip, the passenger was then accused of not wearing a face covering as he argued with officials about his rights.
Jauneil said: “You guys force me to wear my mask, I don’t wanna wear it; I can’t wear my hoodie.
“It’s off,” he added. “I’m gonna go sit down. Whatever you guys say to me will be recorded, and you guys can get sued.”
He was later taken back to the check in desk before being told that he would have his ticket refunded.
In a statement, Delta Airlines confirmed that the passenger had been ejected from the flight after breaching the company’s clothing policy.
They said: “Delta has long prohibited customers from displaying profane or derogatory words or images, and our expectation is for customers and our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, always.
“Nothing is more important than a safe, civil travel experience for all.”
They added: “We apologize to our customers for any inconvenience caused by the briefly delayed departure.”
