Ethiopian Airlines has launched a cargo route connecting Macau International Airport to Madrid’s Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport.
The inaugural flight to Spain’s busiest airport—a Boeing 777F freighter—departed from Macau on Thursday morning.
Initially operating twice weekly, the route is set to provide 400 tonnes of cargo capacity per week.
