JetBlue announced on Jun 16th that it officially launched the summer seasonal routes between Boston and Asheville, North Carolina. The first operation took off the same day as the announcement.
The flight takes off at 11:50 from Boston’s Logan International Airport (BOS) and flies south to Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), landing there at 14:18. The turnaround time in Asheville will be about 40 minutes. Then the flight heading back north leaves Asheville at 14:55 and arrives in Boston at 17:14 in the evening.
Service to Asheville will operate using Embraer E190 aircraft, with the onboard service of free internet access, unlimited snacks and soft drinks, and an entertainment program at every seat, also from JetBlue’s statement.

The seasonal service will operate Thursday through Monday at the beginning of its launch, gradually reaching daily service later this summer, according to a JetBlue statement released.
As one of the six destinations recently added to its route map, JetBlue’s Northeast Alliance (NEA) will offer up to 225 daily departures from Boston during the summer of 2022.
