Klook and Dream Cruises synchronise their multi-market APIs
Travel and leisure booking platform Klook and Dream Cruises have strengthened their partnership with the integration of their APIs globally.
Announcing this in a
statement, both companies said the synchronisation would enable them “to
capture additional consumer demand in a post-pandemic environment in a more
seamless and efficient manner”.
With the API integration
customers can the “best rates with instant booking confirmation,” added the
statement.
Additional benefits include improved efficiency from back and forth price communications, quicker and more accurate pricing management, access for customers to Dream Cruises worldwide cruise routes when borders reopen.
The synchronisation kickstarts in Singapore and Hong Kong, as there is strong domestic demand in these two markets
Sarah Wan, Klook’s general manager, Singapore, said the multi-market API integration with Dream Cruises would “provide a seamless, real-time booking experience for the modern day consumer in a post-pandemic world. Additionally, this partnership will enable us to deepen our roots and scale internationally as cross border travel gradually returns.”
