Indian airlines Air India, Vistara, and IndiGo have launched recruitment drives for pilots and cabin crew following the bankruptcy of low-cost competitor Go First. With 800 cockpit crew and 2,000 cabin crew, the bankruptcy of Go First has put the careers of its staff at risk. Air India, which is owned by Tata Sons, is looking for captains with an A320 endorsement. Vistara is seeking cabin crew, pilots and aircraft maintenance technicians, while IndiGo is recruiting for the operations team. Dozens of pilots including some from Go First attended a Tata hotel to apply for jobs at Air India.
