Vistara has begun offering direct, five-times-a-week flights between Mumbai and Mauritius, marking its 15th international destination and its first in Africa. The carrier has furnished its recently inducted A321LR aircraft with a three-class configuration currently featuring business, premium economy and economy classes, with a view to providing customers with an opportunity to experience its award-winning product and services on the route. Vinod Kannan, CEO of Vistara, stated that the airline’s launch into Mauritius was an ideal moment, given the extensive trade and lasting connections between the two nations and the growth opportunity for such a destination.
