Serviced apartment specialist Mysa has launched a new AI-powered platform to unify various components of corporate accommodation management into “a single, intelligent ecosystem”.
The platform, which is built upon Mysa’s Myo online booking tool, includes both procurement and programme management tools, with automated analysis that provides recommendations for an upcoming hotel or extended stay sourcing exercise, known as OptimiseIQ.
There’s also an integrated RFP management solution (known as SourceIQ), and a compliance engine (VerifyIQ) that delivers “evidence-basked” property risk assessments to support safety and security compliance.
