CWT has partnered with ThoughtSpot to enhance its reporting
and analytics capabilities through the use of AI.
The integration will make it easier for users of the TMC’s
Analytics solution to search, visualise and analyse travel data and make
insightful travel decisions, according to CWT.
New functionality allows users to make requests and queries
in natural language and receive insights in “near real-time” from booking data,
as well as the ability to create bespoke ‘Liveboards’ that provide summaries of
notable changes such as a drop in online adoption rates.
