JetBlue has renewed its partnership with software provider Sabre to implement a more tailored, digital retailing strategy, using Sabre’s Passenger Service System and Global Distribution System, as well as other IT solutions. This includes using dynamic rewards products to expand loyalty capabilities, and PRISM, which automates the analysis of corporate sales information. JetBlue is also adopting Sabre’s digital connect and digital experience products. Sabre’s Chief Commercial Officer, Roshan Mendis, said the company was proud to support JetBlue’s growth, modernisation, loyalty management and personalisation. JetBlue operates over 1,000 flights a day, serving more than 30 million passengers annually.
