Hilton has developed a new Property Engagement Platform (PEP) in collaboration with HotelKey, which is now operational in over 1,000 Hilton hotels. The PEP enables integrated software solutions that can streamline operations such as addressing guest and team member needs, reducing billing errors and increase team members’ focus on building stronger connections with their guests. The project is expected to reach 7,000+ hotels across the world within the next three years. According to Hilton’s report on emerging trends in the travel experience, travellers (56%) are seeking easier, frictionless travel experiences in 2023. PEP is co-created with Hilton for exclusive use at Hilton properties and will be scaled worldwide. The PEP is delivering on the promise to blend technology and hospitality so that team members can deliver even more friendly stays to guests. Fairied Ahmad, CEO and co-founder of HotelKey, said the firm’s partnership with Hilton was a testament to the platform’s technology capabilities that allowed it to serve many distinct brands across the world, and highlighted the partnership approach to integrating the technology within a large hotel enterprise.
