By using the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS) and MICROS Simphony Cloud Point-of-Sale (POS), Gervasi is able to see better results through streamlined tools and better access to data, from the spa and restaurant to guest rooms and wedding venues.�Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform was used to add Book4Time, which manages reservations and ancillary revenue operations at its new spa. Now, all guest charges are managed through a single bill to their room. The management team uses real-time analytics and reporting in OPERA Cloud to meet its changing customers� demands and manage its seasonal offerings. By moving its restaurant, hotel, and spa services to the cloud, Gervasi is able to manage and optimize all aspects of its operations.
