The group’s Digital Experience Center of Excellence has led the project, with features including 3D virtual venue tours that lead to a seamless booking process. The immersive experience has been a successful conversion booster for the group’s Meeting & Event sector, with in-house teams using the system to show room set-ups in real time. As part of its digital transformation strategy, Radisson has invested in data analytics and launched its first augmented reality experience, which enables guests to visualize their room before booking.
