Thynk, a global provider of technology solutions for hotel sales and operations management, has secured $13m in Series A funding. The new money is set to support Thynk’s ongoing growth, with plans for further R&D and global expansion into European, American and Middle East hospitality markets. Thynk works on Salesforce’s stack and collects customer data to create unique IDs for each client, which can be used for several internal processes such as group bookings and payment flows. Thynk aims to enhance the efficiency and revenue of more hotel brands, operators and asset managers worldwide. Among the companies the firm works with are Postillion, Rotana, Groupe Lucien Barrière, Design Hotels and Mint House.
