Quore, a provider of workflow management and productivity tools for hotels, has enhanced its Preventative Maintenance (PM) capabilities to enable hotels to adhere to brand standards, protect assets and improve guest satisfaction. The update includes new options and flexibility in scheduling features. Quore’s PM app can be customised to meet the specifications of each brand or management company PM programme as part of the platform’s onboarding process. The latest features include the ability to schedule general PMs tri-annually as well as semi-annually and annually in specific spaces. Quore recently reached a milestone of 6,000 hotel customers and completed its Cleanings Plus Data Integration Powered by IHG Concerto.
