The monumental complex between Piazza Duomo and Via Dogana will become a luxury hotel.
The Municipality of Milan has granted Società Incremento Alberghiero Milano (SIAM) a 36-year concession for the historic Palazzo dei Portici Meridionali, which is situated between Piazza Duomo and Via Dogana.
This decision, which will be finalised on May 31, 2024, would improve the city’s hospitality offers by turning the 8,000-square-meter property into a premium hotel.
