A major Llandudno hotel has had a drastic price cut in the bid to secure a sale. The Marine and County sites in Llandudno closed in 2020 when Shearings collapsed.
They reopened in 2021 under the management of Bespoke Hotels – bringing jobs and visitors back to the prominent seafront sites. But last year the hotels were placed up for sale with Christie and Co. They both continue to trade as normal.
The Marine Hotel was up for £5m and remains on the market at that price. But the County has seen its asking price reduced significantly.
