Online travel company MakeMyTrip announced on Monday that it has signed a business transfer agreement to acquire the Happay Expense Management Platform from CRED.
The company said in a statement that this acquisition reinforces MakeMyTrip’s commitment to becoming the go-to platform for comprehensive corporate travel and expense management solutions.
Happay operates in the expense management space, with capabilities in product development, data-driven insights, and scalable solutions. Following the deal, the Happay brand, its expense management business, and its team will transition to MakeMyTrip.
