The campaign received an impressive response, with over 4,700 entries. Reflecting on this strategic shift, MakeMyTrip’s group chief human resources officer, Yuvaraj Srivastava, highlighted the campaign’s ability to hone students’ analytical, creative, and communication skills, as well as provide them with a platform to apply their academic knowledge in real-world contexts. Despite declining hiring trends across campuses in India, MakeMyTrip remains proactive in leveraging this opportunity to strengthen its campus engagement and brand presence.
