TUI Group, the German tourism company, is selling its French carrier, Corsair, to Intro Aviation, a German airline investor. While the sum was not disclosed, it was revealed that Intro Aviation will hold a majority stake at 53%, while TUI will hold a lesser amalgamation of 27%, and Corsair’s employee trust will hold 20%. TUI has been looking to sell Corsair for some time, as its model does not fit with the rest of the corporation.
