Speaker of the Parliament Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury has called for the preservation of regional recipes in Bangladesh to prevent dishes from being lost over time. Speaking at the Mujib’s Bangladesh Food Festival “Taste of Bangladesh” in Mustafa Kemal Ataturk Park, the Speaker urged the tourism board and authorities to take steps to protect traditional Bengali food and culture.
