KASKI, March 12: The Pokhara Tourism Council, in collaboration with the Chinese Embassy in Nepal and Sichuan Airlines, will start international flights from Pokhara.
During a press conference in Pokhara on Wednesday, the council explained that although Pokhara Regional International Airport had opened two years ago, regular international flights had not started. Despite alerts from various state bodies, including the Prime Minister, the flights had not been initiated. In response, private tourism entrepreneurs have decided to take action and start the international flights.
