ISLAMABAD – The Auditor General of Pakistan is all set to start special audit of the Ten Billion Tree Tsunami (TBTS) Program with the objectives to highlight deviations and irregularities in the implementation and execution of the programme.
The special audit will also check financial irregularities, unauthorized payments and calculation errors in the TBTT.
The Auditor General of Pakistan has accorded approval of consolidated TORs for conducting of Special Audit of the project, says a letter available with The Nation, issued by the AGP office to its regional offices across the country.
The special audit will be conducted for the financial year 2019-20.
