Education and Awareness Drive
Aftab-Ur-Rehman Rana, the Managing Director of PTDC, revealed that the corporation plans to host a ‘Tourism Education Conference’ in February. The intent is to integrate tourism as an academic discipline in schools and to inaugurate tourism academies. This educational initiative is a significant component of a larger ‘Responsible Tourism’ campaign, which is being communicated widely through social media and electronic media channels. The campaign endeavors to involve key stakeholders within the school system to foster a culture of responsible tourism.
