This guide, a collaborative effort between the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and the Saudi Red Sea Authority (SRSA), marks a pivotal step towards making the Kingdom’s Red Sea region a global hub for maritime leisure activities. As of today, motorized cruise ships, yachts, mega yachts, pleasure boats, and even recreational submarines among others, can now grace the Saudi waters for up to six months, with the option for extension.
