The Second Regional Forum on Gastronomy Tourism for Africa will take place in Arusha, Tanzania, from April 23-25. Organised by Tanzania and UN Tourism in partnership with the Basque Culinary Center, the event aims to position gastronomy tourism as a key driver of sustainable development and economic growth across the continent.
