WST Dubai Street 2024: World champs Oda Yumeka and Shirai Sora front the pack; no Nyjah Huston
With the Olympic Qualifying Series looming large, the race for precious Olympic World Skate Rankings points in Dubai is on and there are plenty of street skateboarders that are ready to step up and claim them.
In the men’s field, newly crowned world champion Shirai Sora will be hunting back-to-back World Skateboarding Tour wins after impressing the home crowd in December’s Championships.
The absence of OWSR number-one ranked Nyjah Huston and Tokyo 2020 bronze medallist Jagger Eaton makes the challenge a little easier for Shirai but he won’t be the only one looking to capitalise on the missing Americans.
