Based on the Scope 3 reduction targets and logistics needs of about 2,800 of the world’s largest companies across industries, we estimate the demand for green logistics in 2025 will be approximately $50 billion, comprising roughly 2 percent of overall logistics spend. We expect this demand to increase to roughly $350 billion in 2030, comprising about 15 percent of overall logistics spend.
