Why is this latest funding significant?
This is the largest financing round in Blacklane’s history and we are particularly excited to have our new investor, TASARU, on board along with ongoing support from our early-stage investors. This funding will allow us to continue to invest in our global presence – both physically and digitally – and bring the Blacklane experience to more destinations, including more of the Middle East and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Tell us more about your expansion in Saudi Arabia.
We are already having good discussions with corporate customers and airlines and we have just been selected as the chauffeur partner for Emirates Airline in Riyadh. It’s the first time Emirates has partnered with a chauffeur specialist here.
